The Sport NSW Industry Forum and Annual General Meeting will be held virtually from 4.00pm on Thursday, 28 October 2021 via zoom.

The Industry Forum will commence at 4.00pm, with a presentation by Joydeep Hor from People + Culture Strategies (Sport NSW's Official People Partner). With Federal and State governments reluctant to confirm a position on mandating vaccinations for employers, Joydeep will explain clearly what the rights and responsibilities of NSW sporting organisations are. Joydeep has done extensive work on this subject and was the first Australian lawyer to commit to a position on this issue several months ago. Joydeep will address the truths and the myths on this subject and talk about WHS obligations, employment rights and discrimination laws.

The Sport NSW AGM will follow the forum and commence no earlier than 4.45pm on Thursday, 28 October 2021.
