Northern Tablelands and Bush n Beach Orienteering Clubs welcome you to the 2018 Orienteering Championships. Participants can expect a weekend of outstanding orienteering on a brand new map, 35 km west of Armidale.

The event consist of two races:

• Saturday 21 April - Middle Distance Championships
• Sunday 22 April - Long Distance Championships

The two Championship events will take place on granite terrain that ranges from gently sloping and clear or lightly forested farmland to hilly areas of large, complex granite. As well as numerous large boulders and cliffs, there are also many large areas of bare rock, some in excess of 100 meters long.
