Sport NSW Fast Track Programs, support the development of female coaches to increase gender equity in coaching roles across NSW. The Development Coach Program is specifically designed to support community coaches and those new to coaching to build skills beyond the technical and tactical of their sport.

With an emphasis on volunteer coaches, the course leads participants through a series of interactive workshops delivered by coaching, leadership and communication experts, building a robust and vital toolkit for modern community coaches.
