Sport NSW Fast Track Programs, support the development of female coaches to increase gender equity across coaching roles across NSW. The Pathway Coach Program is designed to support coaches already on a coaching pathway.

With an emphasis on pathway to elite or career coaches, the course leads participants through a series of interactive workshops with coaching, leadership and communication experts, building a robust and vital toolkit for modern coaches beyond the technical and tactical of the sport.
