Sport NSW is conducting the first Girls Get Active Day following its integration with Womensport and Recreation NSW, on Thursday 8th December, 2016 at Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility.

The Girls Get Active Day commences at 9:30am where high-profile athletes Chloe Logarzo (Football), Erin McKinnon (Australian Rules), Erin Cleaver (Paralympian), Caitlin Moran (Rugby League), Sophie Kleeman (Basketball) and a member of the NSW Lend Lease Breakers Cricket team will engage in a panel discussion to inspire an audience of female high school students.

At the conclusion of the panel discussion, the students will have the opportunity to meet the athletes and participate in the various sports on offer including Football, Cricket, Athletics, Rugby League, Australian Rules, Ultimate Frisbee and Basketball.
