Timeout Talk: How will Disability work in the new Sport & Recreation world?

In this webinar, our expert panelists will explore how Disability will work in the new Community Sport and Active Recreation world post COVID-19. Key discussions will include; how NDIS works for community sporting clubs and recreation providers, ways that people with Disability can contribute to community sporting clubs and recreation programs, the benefits of ongoing collaboration between Education, Healthcare, Councils, Community Organisations and Sport & Recreation, increased education for local community clubs and recreation providers and a sustainable referral process to increase the engagement of people with Disability in sport and recreation.

Panelists for the webinar currently include Murray Elbourn (Disability Inclusion Manager, Sport NSW), Rebecca McAlister (Community Inclusion & Capacity Building Officer, Uniting) and Rachelle Sultana (Exercise Physiologist, Healthstin).

Please Note: An Auslan Interpreter has been arranged for this webinar. Should you have any questions regarding this, please email Emily Moore at emily.moore@sportnsw.com.au.
