Fast Track for Female Coaches

Did you know - Only 9% of accredited high performance coaches at the Rio Olympic Games were female? In Australia, the professional women's leagues (W-League, AFLW, WBBL and WNBL) have twice as many male coaches as female coaches
In partnership with ACPE, Sport NSW is introducing the Fast Track for Female Coaches short course aimed at developing coaching and leadership skills of aspiring female coaches to continue to progress along coaching pathway.
The course is for any aspiring female coach who:
- Wants to develop skills beyond the technical and tactical
- Aspires to transition in to elite sport coaching
- Currently has a minimum level one or equivalent qualification in her chosen sport
