Lightbulb Moments - Catherine Harris

“It’s got to come from the heart,” says Catherine Harris, co-founder of Harris Farm Markets and member of the Australian Rugby League Commission, as she talks to Sport NSW Director Susan Horwitz about getting the gender balance right in the leadership of organisations in the latest Lightbulb Moments interview.

According to Harris the key is “having courageous people making decisions to appoint women to places where they wouldn’t otherwise think of it.”

And when it comes to the rise of women’s sport: “You feel the swell, you feel the interest, you feel people genuinely being interested in it.”
