“The world is far too complex now for any individual CEO to have all the answers,” Peter Tonagh, Foxtel CEO tells Sport NSW Director Susan Horwitz in this Lightbulb Moments interview.

“Disruption is the new norm, increasing the importance of us to be much more adaptive and agile.”

And on equality in sport:  “Female athletes are extremely good, extremely fit and athletic and they play as competitive a game as anyone else,” says Tonagh.
