Sport NSW Congratulates New and Returning Directors

Following the recent Sport NSW AGM, Sport NSW is delighted to announce that Carolyn Campbell and David Thompson have been re-elected to the Board, with former Variety CEO David Sexton appointed as a new Director.

Carolyn has been the Chairperson of Sport NSW for the past two years and is proud of the role Sport NSW continues to play in supporting and advocating for the sector. Ms Campbell looks forward to continuing on the Board for another term.

Mr Thompson is also delighted to have been re-elected after enjoying his first term as a Director of Sport NSW, in particular the opportunity to be a voice for smaller and less visible sports.

Joining the Sport NSW board for the first time, Mr Sexton brings a wealth of experience with over 25 years of diverse executive leadership and governance experience across various industry sectors. With a passion for sport and the power it has to bring people together, to unite, inspire and drive inclusion, David sees a natural synergy in giving back to sport through service on the Sport NSW Board.

Sport NSW would like to thank all nominees and once again congratulate Carolyn, David and David.
